After last weeks excellent match-ups, this week looks a tiny bit easier to call. However, some of these might prove to be interesting games at least for a while.
John Hancock @ Sherwood: JH has to be sick about last weeks region loss, so I expect them to play hard. However, Sherwood has the size to match up well with them....plus has more speed and better skill guys. Might be competitive for a while, but Sherwood should pull away and win by 12
GA Christian @ Lafayette: GA Christian with the huge conference win last week and LCS is coming off a competitive road loss to AA Calvary Christian. Not sure how GA Christian is going to move the ball on a faster, more physical LCS defense. LCS has shown some lapses in coverage thus far, but GA Christian probably isn’t the team to be able to exploit that well enough to win. LCS grinds it out on the ground and wins by 20
Skipstone vs. Calvary: Two good/decent teams who both have no shot for a title, but have some bragging rights on the line here. Calvary by 10

Results I am seeing:
Sherwood by only 2 points....obviously more of a struggle (JH always plays hard) but they got the W Lafayette by 29.....give GA Christian credit, they showed some firepower early and exploited some of LCS’s defensive issues. They briefly led by 1 Pt in the second quarter even.....then it was all LCS and they had no answer for the LCS ground game Calvary by 22 in a shutout of Skipstone.
