Philo and offense was clicking on all cylinders and defense was dialed in and physical …against a tough Redskin offense. #2 for Bryan Co is a load and runs so hard.
Bryan Co brought a CROWD, which was very impressive!
Thankful GHSA made an agreement with the Mercedes Benz Stadium to move State Championship games back there. What an amazing opportunity for these kids to have earned their way to that elite venue with the State title on the line.
PAC v Swainsboro for the ‘Ship for the 2nd year in a row. Two fine programs with outstanding players, two of the best coaching staffs in the State and both with huge support for their schools!
PAC is K-12 school, with less than 100 kids per grade in high school, probably less than half are boys. Athletic Director and Head Coach have a football program in place. They have 1st and 2nd grade flag football, then 3rd and 4th grade, 5th and 6th grade, middle school, JV and Varsity tackle football! Better never rests!
Let’s goooooooo Wolverines!!

Say what you want but I guarantee you that all of PAC’s players did not start school there. There is no way that a small Class A school can have so many blue chip players. On your next post tell us where each kid started school. Not crying or whining, but it’s not right. I just watched the PAC/Bryan Co game. Don’t brag on Bryan Co, because they were completely dominated by PAC. Swainsboro will be playing against a stacked deck in the Benz! They don’t have a chance against PAC!

Would love to know what you mean by blue chip players…Only 2 players on that team have any “stars”. Majority of the kids on the team have been there since before their freshman year. And you can go even deeper and see that most of those kids have been there since elementary school. QB has been there since 5th grade, Top WR is a undersized freshman and has been there since he was in 4th or 5th grade, RB has been there since 1st grade, LT has been there since kindergarten, DT 8th grade, just to name a few. Lots of people forget that it’s not just about what players it’s also coaching. Offensive scheme is complex, hard to defend, and will pick you apart with the run or pass. And the defense is run by the DC and HC who are some of the best defensive minds in the state.

You say almost all of the players or majority of the players have been at PAC. Well for the rest of us it’s ALL of the players started school in our school system. It’s not just coaching, and everyone knows it. Private schools are not playing by the same rules as public schools. We can’t pick and choose our students. We play with what we have. No one ever wants to show us where your kids started school. It’s easy for us to show, because we don’t bring in players from other schools. Go ahead and claim your 🏆, but make sure your championship has a * beside it!

Correct me if I’m wrong but the dude at swainsboro was at ECI until his freshman year…People move schools all the time whether they are athletes or not. And if you want to talk public and private let’s take a look at public schools like Buford and John’s creek and Carrollton and Valdosta and Langston Hughes (who had a kid transfer in mid season last year) and there are so many others who get players moving in all the time. There is a kid at John’s creek that started at Hebron then went to Buford and now is at John’s creek. You say “playing by different rules” but the ghsa is the one that sets the rules up and if any school isn’t playing by the rules they will find out because they investigate kids transferring. So yes you have good players but you also have to have good coaching, and you still have to play the game. That ball can bounce in some crazy ways.

Buford, Carrollton, Calhoun and others are prime examples when there are several schools within a county or close proximity. The difference is that these are much larger schools. PAC is a Class A school that could win championships in three classifications. Claim your trophy, but put a * next to champion! Instead of crowing about it you should be embarrassed!

Coaching has a lot to do with it, but some of these privates just look DIFFERENT. We played Calvary and Savannah Christian for years. Won some lost some. Watched some of Calvary last night. Damn they look a lot bigger than they ever where when we played them. You can't coach guys into being big. They just come that way. Calvary and Sav. Christian make the jump to 3A and still playing at a high level. I'm not sure many, if any, true A schools can do that with coaching alone. 🤔

Say what you may, but there us no way possible that you get a offensive line and defensive line with that size across thr board out of 250 kids!! It's not possible!! I don't care how you shake it. Class A never and I mean never see anything like that. That team is loaded!!!! Athletes everywhere!! How many personal trainers do yall have for positions? It was a site to see!! Seeing them up close, I was literally amazed. Seeing that offense work was beautiful, but it's not fair. At all.
