Fullington is losing a man who has served a lot of time and energy in that school. You don’t get many guys like “Big Dave” that bleed the school colors that they have been apart of

a lot of really good jobs open. i wonder if 'new' blood/retired ghsa coaches will be tempted or long time experienced giaa coaches stuck in a losing situation will be tempted to relocate? time will tell

Deerfield posted on Facebook a little over a week ago that they hired Brad Piazza as their new girls coach
Former Brookwood boys coach when I was at Tiftarea. Not sure where he’s been the past several years

Tift Area job must be beyond toxic. What about Brentwood girls? I heard Piedmont hired one of the young assistants from the boys team to take over their boys program.

From what I've been told from 2 of the 3 previous coaches, it's mostly parent led, and the admin wouldn't step in, or make the parents understand their roles. Some of the same stuff Buck has said about WW, parents caring more about their child getting playing time than actually winning, playing the politics game, etc..
